As far as the land goes... you rent this. Brits have a 50year agreement
or something with the government of NW... this was renewed about 2 years ago.
R11.00 per square meter per year. (R285 sqm * R11 = R3135 per year)
R250.00 service fee per year
R150 fire extinguisher fee per year
You also have to belong to the club..
There is a once-off joining fee of R1000
Club fee is R650.00 per year
Then you also pay R500 per aircraft per year. I am sure you get discount depending on the number of aircraft.... and their condition.... i.e I am sure you will not get charged or at least not full price if it is not flying...
So in a nutshell for two aircraft per year plus minus R5000.
I have been at the club for the last 7 years and the fees have gone from R9.5 per meter to R11... the rest stayed the same... so there were no big surprises.
